To avoid this decompensation it is recommended to wear light, baggy and breathable clothes, cover your head if exposed to the sun, and reduce physical activity at peak times. The ideal is to exercise very early or at nightfall. Avoid heavy meals and drink plenty of water or take frequent showers if it is very hot.
