Regulatory framework and guiding principles


This policy is regulated by Peruvian legislation and in particular by:

  • Law No. 29733 (the “Law”)
  • Supreme Decree No. 003-2013-JUS, which approves the Regulation of Law No. 29733 (the “Regulation”).
  • Information Security Directive, approved by Directorial Resolution No. 019-2013-JUS / DGPDP (the “Directive”).
  • Law No. 29571, Consumer Protection and Defense Code.

CRP (hereinafter CRP) develops its Privacy Policy in the treatment of Personal data in accordance with the guiding principles established in the Law and the Regulations, therefore:

  1. In accordance with the principle of legality, CRP rejects the collection of Personal data of our Users by fraudulent, unfair or illegal means.
  2. In accordance with the principle of consent, in the treatment of the personal data of our Users, their consent will be mediated.
  3. The personal data of our Users is collected for a specific, explicit and lawful purpose, and will not be extended to another purpose that has not been unequivocally established at the time of its collection, excluding cases of activities of historical, statistical or scientist when using a dissociation to anonymization procedure.
  4. All processing of Personal data will be adequate, relevant, and not excessive with respect to the purpose for which they were collected.

  7. CRP guarantees the adequate level of protection of Personal data for the cross-border flow of Personal data, with a minimum of protection comparable to that provided by Law and Regulation.

  • The data provided by the Users will be validated and updated by CRP with any other data from legally constituted public access sources, in accordance with the provisions of the Personal data Protection Law and other current sector regulations on the matter. These data will be incorporated into the databases of CRP.
  • Transfer their Personal data to their business partners or related companies, which are described in  in order to fulfill any of the aforementioned purposes.
