Through this service we guarantee the assistance of all our patients who require low-complexity consultations and we maintain remote monitoring and care of those who follow medical treatments.
How to assist me through the teleconsultation service?
1. Book your appointment
- You can schedule your teleconsultation by contacting our headquarters 224·2224 / 224·2226, one of our staff agents will be happy to assist you and will register the following information: full name, cell phone, e-mail.
- Our staff will give you details of the next steps.
2. Remote admission
- One or two days prior to the date of the teleconsultation you will receive a payment link for the corresponding deductible in your email. Please check your SPAM or Junk folder to avoid losing communication.
- Subsequently, you will receive an SMS and an email confirming the reservation of your teleconsultation.
- If the payment has been made correctly, you will receive an email with the link to start your medical appointment. Please check your SPAM or Junk folder to avoid losing communication.
3. Teleconsultation
- On the day of your teleconsultation, enter the email sent with the link and click on: Start Teleconsultation Care, do not forget to activate your camera and microphone.
- The doctor will conduct the televisit.
- The specialist will end the appointment, generate the medical prescription and/or the order for the ancillary services, as required.

4. Telepharmacy
- Within 24 hours after the teleconsultation, a telepharmacy advisor will contact you to make payment for the medications and the delivery service, according to coinsurance.
5. Delivery of medications
- Medicines will be delivered 24 hours after payment has been confirmed.
