Safe Clinic against COVID-19 Applus+ Certification

As a sign of our firm commitment to ensure the health of our patients, as well as our administrative and healthcare staff, Clínica Ricardo Palma has been certified, for the second consecutive year, as “Safe Hospital Against COVID-19” after a rigorous evaluation by the international company Applus+ Cerfitification.

 
 

How we achieved this?

After carrying out a thorough external audit of all the processes related to the cleaning and disinfection of environments and equipment, compliance with technical standards, the organization of COVID and Non-COVID circuits, access controls, distancing and reorganization of administrative processes, in order to ensure a safe and secure environment against the pandemic; certifying the correct implementation of 13 protocols that guarantee the safety of our clinic in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic.
