If for some reason you want to be attended to by a doctor other than the one who has been treating you, you may do so. At your next appointment, choose your doctor, book your appointment and make payment on the day of your appointment

Urgency is considered when the situation needs immediate medical care. On the other hand, emergency is considered when there is an obvious life-threatening situation of a patient that requires immediate action

Yes. However, the payment coverage of the emergency service will have the same characteristics as an outpatient service

In order to protect your health, we only allow one person (companion or relative) to be with the patient. Additionally, we do not recommend minors to be there

It is a mandatory care protocol used in the emergency area that allows prioritizing the service to patients who require immediate medical service on those who suffer less serious conditions

In our pediatric emergency area, patients are received from zero (0) months to twelve (12) years of age. Those above that age will have to be seen in adult emergency

• The discharge of a hospitalized patient starts with the signed discharge indication of your treating doctor

• The treating physician will give the details of the discharge, likewise, they will give you instructions to be followed at home such as diets and special care

• When leaving, the nurse will give you a discharge report that will have a summary of care and the printed instructions for the discharge

• In the case of obstetric patients, the mother must be discharged by the obstetrician-gynecologist and the newborn’s discharge must be signed by the pediatrician

• If necessary, and for your safety, our nursing staff will take you to the exit on a wheelchair or stretcher

• With the discharge document signed by your doctor, the billing area of the hospital will collect the information of the services received, as well as the cross-consultations with other specialists, we thank you for waiting for the confirmation to close your account

• In case you can not get close to the cash register area to cancel your payment, you can request a wireless POS be sent to your room

• When the medical discharge is given in the morning, the patient must leave before noon

The request is done in person in the area of Medical Records (Casa central). The application form must be filled out as well as the following documentation, as applicable:

If the application is requested by the patient:

• A copy of your identity document

If requested by a family member (father, mother or child) of the patient:

• A copy of identity document of person requesting
• A copy of the patient’s identity document
• For power of attorney issued outside the Metropolitan Lima area, they must have the full name, identity document number and signature of the requestor

If the patient is a minor, the application will have to be signed by both parents. If the request is made only by one of the parents, a signed express authorization of the absent parent will have to be presented
