If you are looking for a healthy and nutritious breakfast option, this fit cake has everything you are looking for to be a complete breakfast. Ideal for post-training.
2 tbsp oats
½ tbsp baking powder
1 tbsp chia
1 dash of light milk
3 pecans (garnish)
Smash the banana and mix it with the egg. Then add the whole oatmeal or liquefied (to taste) and the chia. Mix everything and garnish with banana slices and pecans.
Put it in a microwaveable bowl for 2 minutes and voila!
