This is a healthy option to prepare the traditional tequeños without frying them.
25-30 pc wantan dough
200 gr English ham
200 gr fresh cheese
1 pc ripe avocado
½ tsp salt
½ onion, diced
2 tbsp coriander, chopped
1 tomato (without peel), chopped
Cut the cheese and ham into strips smaller than the length of the dough. Take the wantan dough, one by one and moisten the entire edge with a brush or with your fingertips (may be done with beaten egg).
Now put one by one the wantan dough on the board. Pass the brush with the egg mixture around each sheet of the dough to seal when rolled. You can replace the egg with boiled water.
Then, put the cheese, and/or ham in the center of the dough. Roll up and wrap. To seal well you must push each end of the tequeño with a fork.
To prevent sticking, prepare a tray with parchment paper or brush it with a teaspoon of olive oil. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 180° C.
