Ranking of best customer experience seeks to demonstrate satisfaction with the services offered in several business sectors.
Clinica Ricardo Palma was recognized for the second time this year as the private health institution that provides the best experience to its clients. On this occasion, Clinica Ricardo Palma obtained the highest rating in the latest edition of the CX Integrated Ranking of the best sectors and companies in Peru, a research carried out in a joint effort by Activa Research (Peru) and the Center for Experiences and Services from the Adolfo Ibanez University – CES UAI (Chile). This distinction reaffirms its commitment to strengthen ties with its patients through quality experiences, safety and humanized assistance.
Dr. Antonio Feria Aliaga, general manager of Clinica Ricardo Palma, points out that the organization, in line with the strategic objectives of the QuironSalud Group to which they belong, is implementing a series of measures that seek to improve the patient experience at an administrative, clinical, and emotional level to provide humanized health care focused on excellence and quality.
“We are working permanently to make each of our processes even more efficient, with the aim of offering a better service every day and continuing to practice one of our main pillars: humanized assistance with highly trained professionals and advanced technology. We want to continue to be recognized as a close institution, where patients are treated with efficiency and warmth”, he says.
In this sense, greater communication channels and digital tools have been implemented to have a source of active listening in person and virtually, where the patient is the center of all the actions undertaken by the organization. The experience of clients – patients has become the strategic axis to create a special bond between both parties. Precisely, this constant active listening also extends to employees, who with their valuable work play a key role in achieving the objectives set.

It should be noted that, last June, Clinica Ricardo Palma was also distinguished as the health institution that offers a better experience to its clients, in the first edition of the CX Index 2022, organized by Datum Internacional, Centrum PUCP and Xcustomer Group.
