What are abdominal hernias and eventrations?

Both conditions are common in the population. Hernias are defects of the muscular wall of the abdomen with which you can be born, while those that are produced by a surgical history are called eventrations. • Incisional hernias are related to multiple factors in post-operative patients, such as obesity, smoking, infections, etc.
