We offer you our 3 modalities of the comprehensive psychoprophylaxis program. Managed by a multidisciplinary team of specialists willing to provide you with all the information you need during
the pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum.

What modalities are available?

1. Regular In-person (8 in-person classes) – From 24 weeks

• • Classes: Saturdays
  • Hours: (2 turns)
    – 10:15 a 12:30 hrs
    – 13:30 a 15:30 hrs
  • Duration: 4 weeks

2. Intensive blended (8 in-person classes) – From 32 weeks

• • Classes: Wednesdays and Saturdays
  • Hours: 15:45 a 17:45 hrs
  • Duration: 4 weeks

3. Intensive blended (4 in-persone classes and 4 virtual classes)– From 32 weeks

• • Classes: Wednesdays and Saturdays
  • Hours: 15:45 a 17:45 hrs
  • Duration: 4 weeks
