1. Make an appointment

• Enter the web appointment platform: https://citasenlinea.crp.com.pe/
• Select the INSURER: “Visado Consulado General de España”.
• Select the specialty: INFECTOLOGY
• Select one of the following authorized doctors for the procedure:
• Illescas Mucha, Luis Ricardo
• Rojas Murrugarra, Kory Mirtha
• The cost of the medical consultation for this procedure is of S/ 200.00
• Optional: If you wish to make the payment in advance, please select: AUTOADMISIÓN

2. Day of your appointment

• If the payment will be made in person: go to the outpatient admission area.
• If you have paid in advance: go directly to the doctor’s office.
• Bring a “medical certificate” (you can buy it in pharmacies or at the Clinic between S/. 20 and S/. 25).
• Bring your passport number (it is included in the medical certificate).
