This service provides assistance to all our patients who require low-complexity care services and keeps the monitoring and remote care of those who are following medical treatments.
How do I get telemedicine services?
1. Book your appointment
- You can schedule your teleconsultation by contacting our headquarters 224·2224 / 224·2226, one of our staff agents will be happy to assist you and will register the following information: full name, cell phone, e-mail.
- Our staff will give you details of the next steps.
2. Remote admission
- The day before the date of your televisit, you will receive an email with a payment link for the deductible. Please, check your SPAM or Junk folder in order to not miss the communication
- Later, you will receive a text message and an email confirmation of your televisit booking
- If the payment has successfully been made, 30 minutes before your televisit, you will receive a reminder message
3. Televisit
- The day of your televisit, you will receive an email with the link to start your medical appointment. Please, check your SPAM or Junk folder in order to not miss the communication.
- The doctor will conduct the televisit.
- The specialist will end the appointment, generate the medical prescription and/or the order for the ancillary services, as required.
4. Telepharmacy
- Within 24 hours after the televisit, a pharmacy advisor will contact you for payment of the medications and delivery service, depending on the coinsurance.
5. Delivery of medications
- Medications will be delivered 24 hours after payment has been confirmed
